Group Leaders can enrol learners individually or upload up to 100 at once using a CSV. Go to your Group Leader dashboard, by clicking your profile on the top right, select groups, select the course, open Enrolled Users, and choose Enrol Learners.
You can group learners into Teams and assign Team Leaders. The same CSV can be used across multiple courses.
No. Team Leaders must have a seat on the course they lead.
Group leaders can set a custom enrolment email and logo before adding a new learner. If no custom message is added, the system will send the standard enrolment email automatically.
Yes. As a Group Leader, you can upload your organisation’s logo to personalise the training experience. Learners will see your logo on their enrolment emails and on their learner profile
Yes. If the reminder email option is ticked, learners will automatically receive reminder emails. If you’ve added custom reminder text and saved it that message will be used. If not, the standard reminder email will be sent.
